Affrimations

Affirmations are powerful. When we affirm something to ourselves, we are telling ourselves that it is, without question or objection, true. Learning to use positive affirmations routinely can help shift your self-talk to something more positive, and ultimately lead you to higher self-esteem, boosted confidence and brighter moods.

Affirmations for Stress

I will trust my intuition when it seems like there is no right answer.

I deserve to rest & recharge.

This is hard, but it is only temporary.

I will give others what I am able, but no more.

I am paying attention to my breath.

I will listen to the aches of my body and tend to what they need.

This is hard, but I will leave it stronger.

I don't have to do this alone–I can ask for help if I need it.

I have the skills I need to handle this, even if it's stressful.

This moment does not define my worth.

Affirmations for Anxiety

I will not stress over things I cannot control.

I am worthy of good things.

I believe in my ability to get through tough times.

It’s only a thought, and a thought can be changed.

I trust the process of life.

I do not have to prove myself to anyone.

I trust my intuition.

I am willing to listen to that still, small voice within.

The past is over.

I forgive myself for not being perfect.

Anxiety isn't dangerous. I'm just uncomfortable. I'll make it through this.

I will be OK.

Affirmations for Depression

I am valued even when I'm not productive.

I am loved despite my sadness.

It’s only a thought, and a thought can be changed.

I am loved, and I am at peace.

I love and approve of myself.

I am resilient.

My light is needed in this world.

This too shall pass.

It's okay to not be ok.

I deserve all that is good.

I do not have to prove myself to anyone.

I am in the process of positive change.

I am doing my best.
